The space will span three levels and will include an outdoor dining terrace and a retractable roof on its third level with views of the river and the Chicago skyline. The yet-to-be-named spot also will serve seafood, pasta and risotto. ![]() Gibsons said the West Loop restaurant and bar will focus on on the best cuts of beef sourced from around the globe, including USDA prime Angus, Australian grass-fed, Italian Piemontese and Japanese Kobe. Chicago-based Gibsons Restaurant Group said today it will open a "modern steakhouse with authentic Italian influences" inside the newly opened River Point building along the west bank of the Chicago River at 444 W.
